Dr Balwant Singh Chirana, son of late Shree Bajrang Singh and Shrimati Bhagwati Kanwar of Chirana. Dr Balwant Singh Chirana is a man of varied interest and versatile persona, he is a doctorate in Public Administration  and has published a number of articles on educational needs, child pedagogy and social and political issues.  Always passionate with missionary commitment to equip young men and women with latest skills and reduce the gap between rural and urban people through modern education and minimize the pains of the destitute through medical camps and create socio-economic and political awareness among rural citizens, Dr. Chirana  set up a school-the first of its kind- in Sikar in the year 1991and in no time the school became a flagship and brought a revolution in education in the town of Sikar. This School is none other than Vidya Bharati Public School. Today the school runs five branches in Sikar.
